500D to 3000D mainly in virgin white and other colors PP yarn attains good resistance of abrasion, innocuity, etc. It can be widely used in the fields of navigation, construction, fishing, high-way, reservoir, bank, railway, etc.Being the material for manufacturing industrial woven fabrics, filtrationfabric, packing fabrics, safety belt, conveyer belt, protection meshwork, safety meshwork, industrial sewing thread, and shipping ropes, etc, it can partly replace polyamide and polyester materials.

 3.we can provide you two kinds of 100% polyester high tenacity yarn ranges

         from 150D-1500D, in low shrinkage. The tenacity can be above 6 G/Den.
         
         1) 150D to 500D used as sewing thread

         2) 500D to 1000D used for soft luggage, tents, tarpaulins

         3) 1000D to 15000D used for belt, geo fabrics, filter cloth, tire cord    and floorings.
